Altoona’s Mansion Park Stadium has seen it all over the years; from a Pittsburgh Steelers scrimmage to collegiate soccer championships and even an appearance by The Beach Boys. In the summer of 2021, the facility saw itself receive a facelift.

ATT Sports was selected to resurface the 8-lane track with vast surfaced D zones. To ensure a uniform surface throughout, the project also called for a levelling course before the 5mm top coat was applied. Additionally, we were tasked with handling repairs to the E-layer below the turf field, which was also being replaced.

The result of the project is a like-new Mansion Park, which seats more than 10,000 people, and is one of, if not the best, in Central Pennsylvania. The turf and track should last another decade or more.
