Allentown High School, NJ
The fine folks at Allentown High School in Central New Jersey are all about Redbird Nation.
So when it came time to revamp the running track an stadium field, packing in as much school spirit as possible was crucial. That’s why ATT Sports worked with the decision makers at the school to come up with a way to give the track a much-needed resurface while trying to bring a little razzle dazzzle – Allentown style.
Riding the trend that has emerged in track building over the last few years, Allentown opted for a two-tone running track. With a brand new turf field boasting bright red and black endzones, the decision was made to resurface the track in black with three red exchange zones.
The result is a track that will last the better part of the next decade and be a spectacle for home and away fans alike who come to challenge the Redbirds at their home.
From the initial conversations with the school, to color renderings, to the finished product, it was truly a pleasure to work with Allentown High School and the Upper Freehold Regional School District to help create a special facility
Allentown High School is one of the first in New Jersey to have a running track with colored exchange zones.
